From uComply Right to Work checks in accordance with Home Office guidelines to role-specific certified training, we ensure that every candidate meets the highest standards. We also manage candidate data in strict compliance with GDPR.
Every candidate working with Art and Events Media must demonstrate their Right to Work in the UK by providing an accepted, in-date original document. This document is then verified using our uComply scanning software, available at all our office locations. The advanced scanning software is capable of detecting fraudulent documents, safeguarding both our company and our clients. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance to protect the integrity of our services.
At Art and Events Media, we’ve partnered with FLOW to provide a robust training platform for all our candidates. As a minimum requirement, all food handlers must complete Allergens training. Our chefs go a step further by completing both Allergens and Level 2 Food Safety certifications. Additionally, we offer access to an extensive library of training modules that candidates can complete based on specific client requirements, ensuring that they are fully prepared to deliver excellence in their roles.
Art and Events Media manages all payroll in-house, ensuring that every candidate is paid through PAYE in full alignment with HMRC guidelines. There are no exceptions—every eligible candidate is auto-enrolled into the Government Pension scheme. We are dedicated to paying our candidates fairly, consistently above industry standards, and always in line with the National Living Wage.
